We are seeking a Help Desk/System Support Technician to support the Information Systems department by providing first-line problem resolution for network180 system users, supporting in PC deployments, system monitoring and upgrades, and any network-related issues and upgrades. This position is 40 hours a week, Monday through Friday, from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm. The individual in this position will participate in an on-call rotation. This assignment is in person at 790 Fuller Ave NE Grand Rapids, Michigan 49503 with local travel. Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems or related field Possession of a valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation for job related use Experience with Microsoft Office products preferred Experience with SQL a plus but not required Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Excellent organizational skills Lived experiences with mental illness/developmental disabilities/substance use disorders valued Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment and skills and capabilities of bridging language/cultural barriers to network180 services within diverse communities preferred Any combination of education, training and experience providing the required knowledge, skills and abilities to perform the essential functions of the job will be considered.
