Job Description GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Response Security Officer. Your role will vary depending on the day and special events, including customer service, patrols, or surveillance. Adaptability and precision are essential.

Schedule: Full time, 38.5 hours
Saturday and Sunday 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM; Monday–Wednesday 4:30 PM – 12:00 AM

Responsibilities
Monitor premises to ensure security
Conduct patrols to spot any suspicious activity
Control access points and verify identities
Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats
Provide excellent customer service while maintaining security
Write detailed reports on events and incidents
Collaborate with authorities during serious situations
Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property
Qualifications
Authorized to work in the U.S.
High School Diploma or GED
Pass an extensive screening process
Ability to think quickly and adapt to changing situations
Responsive and strong problem‑solving skills
Security, Military, or Law Enforcement experience is a plus
State security license (BSIS Guard Card) and completion of 32‑hour BSIS training (additional training can be obtained during hiring)
Valid driver’s license and good driving record
Must be 21 years of age or older
