Overview Step Into Your BCBA Career With the Support You Deserve. At Behavioral Innovations, we built our ABA Apprentice program for this exact stage – to give future BCBAs the perfect bridge between grad school and independent practice. Here, you’re not just logging hours. You’re learning from some of the best BCBAs in the field, applying your skills in real clinical settings, and following a study plan made just for you – all with a dedicated Learning & Development team guiding you toward the exam and your first BCBA role.

What Makes Our Apprentice Program Different

Your success is personal to us – Every apprentice gets a tailored BCBA exam study plan designed around how you learn best.

Hands‑on learning that builds confidence – Work directly with experienced BCBAs in session, shadow advanced cases, and refine your clinical judgment before taking on your own caseload.

A team that has your back – With structured mentorship and support from everyone around you, we’ve built a system that lets you focus on growing your skillset as a BCBA.

Clear paths forward – Move into a BCBA role with us when you’re ready, and explore growth beyond that into leadership, clinical specialties, or training roles.
