ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Works under the supervision of the Director of Sleep Services and the Medical Director (MD, DO, or PhD).
Provides comprehensive evaluation and treatment of sleep disorders (polysomnography diagnostic and therapeutic services, scoring, patient care and education).
Performs the duties defined for a Polysomnographic Technician by the BRPT and may provide supervision of other staff as needed.
Reports to work in a timely manner and adheres to policies, procedures, and processes.
Performs Other Job Duties As Needed And/or As Assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
Current license by the Board of Registered Polysomnographic Technicians
Requires basic to intermediate computer skills.
Requires organizational, analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
Must be able to effectively communicate in English via verbal and written means.
LICENSE AND CERTIFICATIONS
Requires current license by the Board of Registered Polysomnographic Technicians.
BLS certification is required upon hire.
