What You’ll Do: Prepare and serve drinks for guests professionally and courteously, while providing outstanding service. Act as an advocate for the bar/restaurant, create personal experiences, and develop relationships that encourage guests to return.
Some of your responsibilities include:
Greet and welcome guests and promptly serve food and beverages.
Pour drinks using standard pours, process orders accurately in the POS system.
Serve food and drinks to guests and support the servers.
Notify a manager if a guest becomes intoxicated or rude to others.
Fill and clean ice bins, empty trash cans, change kegs, and stock beer and wine coolers.
Clean shelving, stainless steel, mixers, cups, blenders, and soda guns.
Follow uniform and grooming specifications.
Maintain cooperative communication with support crew and management.
Unpack deliveries and stock the bar.
Wear multiple hats and support the team as needed.
What You Bring:
One year of bartending experience preferred.
Passion for crafting and personalizing guest experiences.
Excellent wine and spirits knowledge with strong communication and presentation skills.
Knowledge of credit card and cash handling procedures, accurate tip‑out recording, and bill calculation.
Food handler and alcohol service certifications (if applicable).
Flexible schedule; able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
