Responsibilities As part of this high‑volume, fast‑paced kitchen team you will work a variety of roles, including hotside, coldside, fry cook, kitchen prep, breading, line cook, dessert station, and more. You will ensure food is cooked to the highest standards, and you will also expo/expedite food for guests.
