We are hiring immediately for full‑time BARISTA positions. Internal Employee Referral Bonus Available. Pay Range: $18.00–$21.00 per hour.

Job Summary Make and serve coffee/espresso drinks and related food and beverage items. Handle food according to HACCP guidelines and standards for quality food‑service operations. Interact with customers and other employees in a friendly, courteous manner.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Prepare espresso orders for customers and catering using standard measures and recipes.
Enter orders accurately into POS device; accept cash and charge payments.
Replenish condiments, beverages and general supplies while maintaining cleanliness of the service area.
Ensure proper presentation, portion control and maintenance of proper serving temperatures; follow HACCP standards.
Maintain sanitation and orderliness of all equipment, supplies and utensils.
Ensure proper food preparation by using approved recipes and following prescribed production standards.
Keep display equipment clean and free of debris during meal service.
Cleans equipment and workstation thoroughly before leaving the area for other assignments.
Greet customers courteously and interact in a manner to ensure customer satisfaction. Relay relevant concerns from customers to supervisors.
Serve customers quickly and efficiently, and prevent delays in serving lines.
Demonstrate a complete understanding of daily menu items and accurately explain them to customers.
Serve as an advocate for selling techniques to the customer by establishing good communication and assisting in the buying decision‑making process.
Ensure all display foods are merchandised attractively per standards. Serve food neatly and attractively per standard.
Perform other duties as assigned.
