Pay & Compensation We believe your miles and dedication should pay off.
Regional Drivers: $1,200/week (2,500‑2,600 miles)
Super Regional Drivers: $1,300‑$1,400/week (2,600‑2,800 miles)
OTR Drivers: $1,500/week (3,000 miles)
Home Time
Regional: Out 7‑9 days, home 1 day per 7 days out
Super Regional: Out 14 days, home 2 days
OTR: Out 3 weeks, home 3 days
Equipment & Driver Convenience Kenworth T680 automatic with Smart Idle, bunk heater, double bunk and 1500‑watt inverter. Trucks serviced every 6 months, rarely break down. Most freight is 85‑90% drop and hook; a few loads require unloading and you are paid for it.

401(k) with company match through Fidelity after 90 days
Detention pay $16/hr after 2 hrs
Layover pay $125/day after 48 hrs
Holiday pay $60/day
Optional Hazmat pay
Orientation 3‑day orientation at Joplin, MO; Dallas, TX; or Atlanta, GA with travel covered.
Salary $1,200 – $1,500 per week
