Role Overview As a Biomedical Services Specialist at DaVita, you will be trained to repair and regularly service our dialysis machines. You will be part of a team that values work‑life balance and prioritizes personal and professional growth.
Responsibilities
Repair and maintain dialysis machines and related equipment.
Provide on‑call support and travel as needed within the LA area, with mileage reimbursement and additional travel pay for assignments outside the designated area.
Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical and electronic issues.
Use MS Office and DaVita-specific applications for documentation and communication.
Requirements
High School Diploma or GED.
Valid driver’s license with good driving record and vehicle insurance.
Residence close to the clinics and hospitals to ensure prompt response.
Mechanical abilities, repair experience, and strong electronics knowledge (preferred).
Solid computer skills – MS Office and internet navigation.
Availability for on‑call rotations when required.
