Lead Esthetician – Heyday
Location: Los Angeles, CA (Full‑time, Mid‑Senior Level)
About the Role As a Lead Esthetician, you coach and teach all standards, industry wisdom, and techniques in the treatment room. You work closely with shop leadership to hire, train, and develop top Estheticians, ensure quality and consistency, and maintain all team members’ proficiency on products, enhancements, and protocols.
What You’ll Do
Assist in hosting and setting up recruiting events, including career fairs and school demos.
Manage candidate pipeline and schedule interviews and practicals.
Schedule and conduct new‑hire esthetician training.
Provide ongoing training and coaching with ST’s.
Train hosts, estheticians, and managers on product benefits and usage.
Ensure clients receive product education.
Spearhead product and enhancement launches.
Monitor esthetician retail performance and product performance.
Qualifications
Valid Esthetics License with at least two years of experience.
Ability to build trust and relationships.
Results‑oriented.
Experience coaching and providing feedback to individuals and in a group setting.
Ability to balance and progress multiple priorities.
Passionate about helping others succeed.
