Job Description:
Join our dynamic construction team as a Concrete Crew member and help build the foundations of tomorrow! We are seeking motivated and skilled individuals to work on a variety of construction projects. Looking for concrete foreman, finishers and laborers. As a vital part of our team, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation, pouring, and finishing of concrete surfaces.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the preparation of work sites including the setup of forms and rebar. Mix, pour, and spread concrete materials while ensuring accurate proportions and coverage. Skillfully finish concrete surfaces using appropriate methods and tools. Monitor and maintain proper curing techniques to achieve optimal strength and durability. Clean and maintain tools, materials, and work areas in a safe and efficient manner. Collaborate with the crew and other trade professionals on site to ensure timely completion of tasks. Comply with all safety regulations and standard operational procedures. Qualifications
Previous experience in concrete work or construction is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates. Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions. Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent manual dexterity and attention to detail. Effective communication skills and a willingness to learn. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. What We Offer
