Builds dies and machine parts

Utilizing all tool & die equipment

Uses all safety procedures, personal protective equipment and safe work habits

Participates in continuous improvement and problem solving activities

Utilizes trigonometry, algebra, basic geometry, decimals and metrics when machining parts

Qualifications

High School Diploma, Technical Training, or equivalent degree

High level of commitment and flexibility

Willingness and ability to work shifts

Willingness and resilience to meet the physical demands of the position

Flexibility to work in a fast-paced and consistently changing environment

Communication & Collaboration

Communicates clearly and concisely, while engaging proactively with colleagues.

Delivers superior value through commitment to quality, service and reliability.

Applies and shares ideas and best practices. Ensures and engages in continuous improvement activities.
