Big Task Perform duct cleaning and duct sealing to ensure maximum air quality in the residence.
Key Sub Tasks
Cleaning of duct work using vacuum and brushes.
Proper maintenance and care of duct cleaning equipment.
Some understanding of duct repair.
Proficiency with hand tools involved, including snips, pliers and drills.
Maintain a clean organized job site and well inventoried truck.
Know how to establish customer rapport through entire process.
Desired Skills And Experience
Basic understanding of how an AC system operates.
Hard working and mechanically inclined.
Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

The expected base salary range for this position is $40,000–$60,000 based on responsibilities, experience, and other relevant factors. Employees may also be eligible for bonuses, commissions, or other variable compensation depending on their position. Total compensation is determined through a structured review considering experience, education, certifications, and licenses.
