Server Assistant (Part Time) – Monarch Bay Beach Club at Waldorf Astoria Monarch Beach Resort
Waldorf Astoria Monarch Beach Resort & Club is looking for a Server Assistant to join the Food and Beverage Team. Located in Dana Point, CA on a 150‑foot seaside bluff, the resort offers over 400 rooms, 115,000 square feet of meeting space, and eight food and beverage outlets.
Classification:
Part‑Time Shift: Various – must be available weekdays, weekends, and holidays. Pay Rate: $16.50 per hour (adjusted for experience and location).
What I’ll Be Doing
Set and prepare dining tables, including folding napkins, placing tableware, and serving water.
Ensure tableware is in good working condition and report any defects for repair.
Stock, maintain, and clean designated food station(s).
Assist servers with table service, such as serving beverages and bread.
Retrieve and transport dirty tableware to the dishwashing area.
Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and courteously.
