Overview Join us as a Lift Attendant Supervisor at Snowshoe Mountain. You’ll be at the heart of our mountain operations, assisting skiers and riders, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for all.
Key Facts
Work Location: 10 Snowshoe Drive, Snowshoe, WV 26209
Pay: $17 per hour
Schedule: May require working early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Location Flexibility: 9–11 months per year; off months can be used for travel.

Qualifications
2 years experience with lift operations or supervisory role.
Computer knowledge required.
Skiing or snowboarding ability.
High School Diploma or GED.
Responsibilities
Train employees on lift loading/unloading techniques and safety equipment.
Conduct safety training sessions and ensure lifts operate safely under varying weather.
Assist guests with aerial lifts, conveyor lifts, tow ropes, and surface lifts.
Monitor weather conditions and shut down operations during severe weather.
Ensure proper signage, ramps, and machinery operating correctly.
Produce weekly schedules, manage absenteeism, and oversee ticket checks.
Check inventory, verify supply deliveries, and complete lift logs and incident forms.
Assist other departments and conduct staff meetings.
