Responsibilities
Keep our community sparkling clean by sweeping, cleaning, and removing trash and litter from various areas such as grounds, parking lots, pool areas, and common spaces.
Take pride in maintaining apartment units, ensuring they are in top‑notch condition for our residents.
Assist with apartment turns and upkeep projects, making each space a welcoming home.
Serve as a jack‑of‑all‑trades, ready to tackle painting and necessary repairs throughout the property.
Perform all other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Bring a strong work ethic and willingness to collaborate in our team environment.
Show proficiency in handling and maintaining tools and equipment safely, from hand tools to electric equipment.
Regularly perform essential functions that require standing or walking for prolonged periods, operating equipment, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
