Job Title Administrative Assistant II

Responsibilities
Greet employees and visitors with a warm, professional welcome.
Handle phone and e‑mail inquiries, direct calls, and take messages.
Maintain a clean and organized shared space, breakroom, and inventory.
Coordinate travel, hotel, and seminar arrangements for the team.
Support employee engagement activities and uniform management.
Prepare, copy, distribute, and file essential business correspondence.
Process and track expense reports with precision, providing monthly updates to leadership.
Maintain an up‑to‑date calendar for leadership, coordinating appointments and meetings.
Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
Qualifications
High School Diploma required.
Minimum of two (2) years’ experience as an Administrative Assistant; corporate experience preferred.
Associate Degree a plus.
Two (2) years’ experience in Behavioral Health Administration preferred.
Seniority Level Entry level
