Attendant - Driving Overview:

Pay Rate:

$16.00 per hour

Responsibilities

Deliver on Our Promise by ensuring every moment matters for our clients by providing assistance when needed and communicating proactively.

Direct incoming customers to available parking spaces for a seamless parking experience.

Count vehicles on location throughout shift, as needed.

Write and issue violation warnings to tenants and visitors that violate garage policies; patrol transient and reserved parking levels as needed.

Provide assistance to customers who have forgotten where they parked their vehicle.

Be at work every scheduled day, on time and in uniform.

Control traffic at entrances and exits as needed.

Assist in the maintenance and repair of parking equipment and any general maintenance tasks as directed by the Facility Manager.

Report any known accidents, observed or suspected violations of company policy, safety hazards or any unusual occurrence to the Facility Manager.

Communicate debris, water, oil spills and equivalents to the garage office.

Substitute for valets when necessary, if authorized.

Have a thorough knowledge of all areas of the garage, major streets, landmarks and freeways in the area to assist customers in a seamless transportation experience.

Assist the Facility Manager with other duties as needed.

Qualifications

Valid state driver’s license, current address, and acceptable driving record.

Ability to safely drive a vehicle with a manual transmission (stick shift) is a plus.

Availability to work special shifts if needed (2nd, 3rd shift and/or weekends).

Proof of eligibility to work legally in the U.S. (must provide valid documentation if hired).

Ability to provide accurate information to customers and co‑workers and respond professionally to customer problems or complaints.

Ability to read, write, add, and subtract U.S. currency and comprehend instructions, short emails, and memos.

Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and calmly adapt to changes, delays, and unexpected events while working.
