About the Role
We’re looking for a friendly, dedicated Part‑Time Server to join Resort Lifestyle Communities. As a server you’ll create memorable dining experiences for our residents in both casual and fine dining settings, support cleanliness, and provide excellent customer service in a family‑owned, resort‑style environment. Key Responsibilities
Carry trays and offer beverages to residents in casual dining. Warmly greet guests, guide menu selections, take accurate orders, and serve all courses in fine dining. Clear, reset tables, handle dishes carefully, refill water carafes, and set tables before meals. Maintain cleanliness by vacuuming, cleaning salad bar, and performing other cleaning tasks as needed. Deliver room‑service meals and retrieve trays with a friendly, positive attitude. Listen to resident comments, respond kindly, and share feedback with a manager when necessary. Assist with support work and tasks assigned by supervisors or managers. Requirements
Minimum age 15 years. No previous work experience required. Must communicate effectively in English with residents, guests, and employees. Must be able to obtain required food‑handler permits within two weeks of hire. Benefits
