Flooring Helper
to join our growing installation team! This is an
entry‑level

What You’ll Do
Assist flooring installers with demolition, preparation, layout, installation, and finishing work
Handle materials such as carpet, vinyl, wood, epoxy, and tile
Maintain a clean and safe work environment on job sites
Load, unload, and organize tools and materials
Learn trade skills and installation techniques through hands‑on training
What We’re Looking For
Reliable, hard‑working, and eager to learn
Clean background check required
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (job sites span across Indiana)
Ability to travel as needed for various projects
Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor throughout the workday

Starting pay: $18–$22/hour (based on experience)
