Full-time (40 hours)
Pay:
Starting at $16.78 (DOE)
Schedule:
Hours available from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday – evening and weekend hours may also be available depending on program needs.

Responsibilities
Providing guidance to and actively engaging with adults who have intellectual/developmental disabilities in a variety of vocational and social settings.
Accompanying individuals to off‑site activities.
Assisting individuals with personal care responsibilities and administering medications based on individual needs.
Supervising crews on‑and off‑site performing a number of different vocational services.
Maintaining flexibility and composure in an ever‑changing work environment.
Completing the competency‑based modules as dictated by the North Dakota Department of Human Services, Developmental Disabilities Division.
Other duties not listed above may be assigned.
Required
Must be at least 18 years old.
Current driver's license.
Preferred
Previous experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
