Gemini is looking for a 1st or 2nd shift Foundry Team Member to join the team at our location in Decorah, IA! Come be a part of a positive, people‑first culture that focuses on leveraging each team member’s strengths to bring our customers’ unique signage products to life.
Base Pay Range $18.49/hr – $24.47/hr

Full Time Consistent Schedule:
7:00 AM – 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday
Overtime:
scheduled as needed.
Responsibilities
Utilize hand/power tools and operating equipment to finish high‑quality product.
Inspect and assemble the finished product and ship appropriately to the customer.
Work in a metal foundry environment: create sand molds to be poured with liquid metal, producing metal castings.
Use proper PPE to protect hearing and vision; physically load and unload materials.
Report to Plant Manager.
Education and Experience
Manufacturing experience.
Automotive paint experience.
High level of mechanical aptitude.
Foundry related experience.
Lean manufacturing experience.
Physical Demands
Must be able to lift to 50 lbs.
Operate a variety of power saws and routers, cutting out letters from plastic sheets.
