Farm & Craft Scottsdale is looking for Bartenders to join our team! Responsibilities
Deliver amazing hospitality experiences to guests anticipating, delivering, and exceeding guests' expectations Prepare craft cocktails, special requests, pour beer and wine Take orders/prepare drinks for guests at the bar and complete ticket orders that have been rung in by other team members Keep bar clean, tidy, and organized Monitor guests' consumption of alcohol and does not over-serve Assist other associates as needed to meet guest's needs Occasionally works special events Requirements
Excellent communication skills A guest-oriented mindset Prior bartending experience Ability to perform well under pressure and stress Necessary food and alcohol certifications Benefits
