Plasma donor screener and phlebotomy support for our Plasma Donation Center. Report to the Plasma Center Manager. Responsibilities
Answer phones and greet donors while ensuring donor and team safety. Screen new and repeat donors, record donor vital signs and finger stick results. Use the Donor Information System, prepare donor charts, maintain accurate records and coordinate donor compensation. Identify operational improvement opportunities and initiate changes to center processes using company approved procedures. Work a variety of shifts including Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent. Ability to walk, stand and lift to 5 lbs; occasional lifting up to 32 lbs (rarely 50 lbs). Work evenings, weekends and holidays. Fine motor coordination, depth perception and hearing from a distance. 1+ years experience in a customer or patient‑facing role is helpful. Benefits Summary
