About the Role We are seeking a detail‑oriented and efficient Storekeeper to join our team in Lusail, Qatar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our inventory, ensuring accurate record‑keeping, and maintaining an organized storage facility. This role is crucial in supporting our operations by effectively controlling the flow of materials and supplies.
Receive, inspect, and properly store incoming materials, supplies, and equipment
Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date inventory records using digital systems
Issue materials and supplies as per departmental requirements
Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies
Coordinate with procurement teams to ensure timely replenishment of stock
Organize and maintain a clean, safe, and efficient storage area
Prepare and submit inventory reports to management
Monitor stock levels and identify slow‑moving or obsolete items
Assist in implementing and improving inventory management processes
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies in the storage area
Collaborate with other departments to optimize inventory levels and reduce costs
What do we need from you
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Storekeeper in a similar industry
Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and best practices
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory management software
Excellent organizational and record‑keeping skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
Good communication skills, both verbal and written
Physical ability to lift and move heavy items as required
Basic math skills for inventory calculations and reporting
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience in implementing and improving inventory control processes
Diploma or Certificate in Storekeeping, Supply Chain, or related discipline (preferred)
Knowledge of safety regulations and practices in storage facilities
Familiarity with supply chain and logistics processes
Ability to adapt to new technologies and inventory management systems
