Job Overview Helios Defense Solutions is seeking highly experienced ACO-P Instructors/Writers to support cyber instruction in collaboration with the U.S. Army Cyber School at Ft. Gordon, GA. Responsibilities include delivering adult learning instruction, facilitating modern training techniques, developing government‑owned Co cyberspace curricula, and validating training materials per Army & DoD standards.

Responsibilities Instructor/writers shall develop government‑owned training, provide classroom support, participate in operational tests, validate training materials, and provide instruction in line with established programs of instruction (POI), the Master Training Plan (MTP), Army Learning Concept (ALC) 2015, DoDI 3305.09, DoD Cybersecurity Workforce Framework, and the requirements of this PWS. They will foster a learner‑centric environment as per TRADOC Pam 525‑8‑2 and use dynamic techniques to encourage creative problem‑solving and critical thinking.

Minimum Qualifications

Top‑Secret Security Clearance with SCI eligibility

Valid driver’s license

Three or more years of experience conducting cyberspace operations as a member of USCYBERCOM or the Intelligence Community

Course completion or certification in one of the following: NSA Windermere, NSA RIOT, NSA FORGE, Advanced Cyber Operations Course – Procedures (AOC‑P), Offensive Security Certified Professional (OSCP), GIAC Expert Penetration Tester (GXPN), or Zero Point Security Certified Red Tram Operator (CRTO)

Experience operating in an agile development environment

Experience with container technologies such as Kubernetes and Docker

Experience in a fast‑paced environment and working with flexible customer requirements

Knowledge of penetration testing or red team operations

Bachelor’s degree or greater in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Cybersecurity, or Information Systems

Course completion documentation from the Support Cadre Training Course (SCTC) and either the Army Basic Instructor Course (ABIC) or the Foundation Instructor Facilitator Course (FIFC)

At least one year of experience as an instructor or instructor/writer, including supervising or administering a training program; development or review of training or course materials; evaluation of training results
