Houseman / Laundry Attendant
Apply for the full‑time Houseman / Laundry Attendant role at KMG Hotels. The schedule will vary but mostly runs Saturday through Wednesday, 8:00am‑4:00pm with opportunities for evening shifts.
Duties Included (but not limited to)
Clean all hallways, staircases, public restrooms, windows, entranceways, patio, elevators, pool/exercise room; pick up parking lot and inside/outside trash.
Work closely with the Head of Housekeeping and the Maintenance department.
Advise supervisor of low inventory items; assist in receiving items and taking inventory as required.
Maintain sanitation and cleanliness standards.
Follow all established safety protocols and procedures. Report any unsafe or malfunctioning equipment or any safety incident to the supervisor or manager on duty.
Assist by performing dishwashing or other kitchen duties as needed.
Recheck restrooms throughout the shift, cleaning and restocking supplies as needed.
Take out trash from each floor of housekeeping closets and transport bags to the dumpster.
Report problems and maintenance needs to the supervisor.
May be required to assist in laundry, clean rooms, or complete special projects assigned by the Housekeeping Supervisor.
Responsibilities
Carry or lift items weighing up to 50 pounds (23 kilograms).
Stand, walk, and move throughout the shift.
Bend, stoop, and kneel as required.
