Kitchen Expeditor Position Summary: To organize and properly prepare trays of food from the kitchen service line for server staff in the Oxford Grill area.

Interpret food orders coming through the kitchen printer from the dining room Organize orders for service
Prepare food trays from completed kitchen line items and organize them for server staff to serve
Prepare and serve appropriate side sauces with kitchen items
Keep station and kitchen service area neat and organized
Keep beverage service and food service trays neat, clean, and organized
Maintain strict quality control on all food— food is at proper temperature, well presented, and proper accompaniments are in place
Maintain server drop‑off and pick‑up areas of kitchen—wine/beer service areas, dishwasher station, expo station, and server salad station
Physical Demands and Work Environment: Exert force up to 50 pounds occasionally; repeated standing, walking, reaching, pushing, pulling, and lifting are required.
