Summary Laborers will aid skilled workers in completing projects. The role requires teamwork, safety compliance, and physical readiness to meet customer expectations.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Dig trenches, holes, and ditches.
Mix concrete.
Staging, organizing, and cleaning up work sites.
Operate hand and power tools as needed.
Load and unload equipment, clear work areas, and transport materials.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Education, Experience & Qualifications
Prior concrete experience preferred.
Willingness to learn and follow all safety policies and requirements.
Ability to climb, kneel, bend, and crawl often; work on ladders, platforms, and mechanical lifts.
Must understand English.
Must lift up to 75 lbs.
Valid driver’s license required.
Travel Travel to surrounding job sites may be required. A per diem for travel and overnight stays will be provided when applicable.
Work Environment Laborers may work in high or low temperatures, near traffic, in loud and frequent noise environments, confined spaces, at heights, and in both indoor and outdoor settings.
