IPM Technician – Newburyport & Haverhill, MA We’re hiring a licensed Pest Control Technician to join Pest-End’s amazing team in the Newbury Port–Haverhill MA marketing area. If you love the outdoors, have excellent customer service skills, and enjoy solving pest “mysteries,” this role is for you.

Key responsibilities include locating and eliminating pests, providing top‑notch service to customers and communities, operating company vehicles, and ensuring a safe work environment. You’ll also receive training for state pesticide applicator licensing if you’re not already licensed.

Requirements

A valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

State pesticide applicator license. Paid training and state certifications are provided for non‑licensed new hires.

Pass a pre‑employment background check.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Availability to work full‑time, with overtime during our busy season.

Physical Requirements The role requires standing, walking, sitting, kneeling, bending, and occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds. The position may involve climbing ladders and operating a ladder. Vision requirements include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, and depth perception.

Compensation Hourly wage: $22–$28
