Benefits You Can Count On

Pay Rate: Drivers make $99 K–109 K gross per year

Sign‑on Bonus up to $10 K depending on experience

Dispatch 3rd shift

Day 1 Benefits: medical, dental, vision insurance, FSA/HSA and company‑paid life insurance

What You'll Do As a CDL-A Delivery Driver

Inspect tractor‑trailer for defects pre/post trip and submit DOT inspection report

Inspect bill of lading and store keys for accuracy in off‑hour delivery

Drive tractor‑trailer to destination, applying knowledge of commercial driving regulations and skill in maneuvering the vehicle on the road and at customer premises

Maintain driver log (Manual or Peoplenet) according to DOT regulations, documenting delivery receipt, product temperatures, and exceptions

Unload trailer and deliver product into customer premises

Other duties as assigned

Qualifications You'll Bring As a CDL-A Teammate

At least 21 years of age

Valid Class A commercial driver’s license (CDL‑A)

At least 1 year or 50 000 verifiable miles of tractor‑trailer driving experience

Must meet McLane's MVR and risk rating qualifications

Ability to read, write, and understand English at a level sufficient to perform job‑related tasks effectively and safely
