Transportation Security Officers
Transportation Security Officers are responsible for providing security and protection of travelers across all transportation sectors in a courteous and professional manner. Their duties may also extend to securing high‑profile events, important figures, and any transportation‑related activities.

Provide security and protection of air travelers, airport facilities, and aircraft.
Perform duties in a courteous and professional manner.
Location and Salary Presque Isle, ME (PQI – Presque Isle International Airport)
Salary Range:
$45,649 to $56,282 ($21.87 to $26.97 per hour), including locality pay of 17.06%.
Sign‑On Bonus Up to $2,000, paid in two installments during the first 12 months of service. The amount is subject to change or elimination based on operational needs and will be communicated during the final job offer process.
