You'll support leasing, resident relations, rent collection, renewals, and overall property performance. Key Responsibilities
Build strong relationships with residents and prospects
Respond to maintenance requests and ensure completion
Handle leasing tours and questions
Process rent payments and late notices
Manage renewals and retention efforts
Maintain resident files and property records
Assist the Community Manager with daily operations
Take on additional projects as needed
Skills & Qualifications
2+ years assistant property manager experience
Onesite experience preferred
Strong communication and customer service skills
Organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven
Proficient in Microsoft Office; willing to learn new systems
Experience with conflict resolution and tenant relations
Positive, energetic, and aligned with company values
Must be able to provide proof of valid vehicle insurance.
Valid Drivers License and reliable transportation
