Shift & Compensation Shift:

Monday‑Friday, 2nd Shift 4:00 PM – 12:30 AM

Compensation:

Starting pay at $19 per hour and up based on experience.

All required PPE provided, including annual boot allowance, gloves, glasses, and uniforms

Must pass pre‑employment drug screen and criminal background check

Key Responsibilities

Operate packaging equipment including process pumps, compressors, warehousing equipment, and forklifts

Report faults and maintenance issues to ensure site safety and product quality

Encourage and participate in a Health and Safety culture

Follow all company health and safety policies and standard operating procedures

Communicate with logistics to ensure all bulk and packaged deliveries meet customer requirements

Implement quality control, conduct checks on products and materials, and inspect work activities of the team

Perform incoming product and material inspections and AHRI/customer drum checks

Prepare, fill, pick, and dispatch cylinders

Perform other tasks as required

Essential Experience, Knowledge, and Qualification

High School Diploma or equivalent required

Must obtain EPA 608 Certification

Available to work at least 40 hours per week and for overtime

Strong attention to detail for receiving, inspecting, and certifying cylinders

Ability to follow standard operating procedures

Ability to handle high‑pressure and liquid cylinders

Previous experience with compressed gas and/or gas cylinders is a plus

Physical Requirements

Frequently push, pull, move, and lift up to 50 pounds independently

Sitting 10% of the day; standing and/or walking 80‑90% of the time

Lifting/carrying from one level to another approximately 20%

Occasionally move cylinders up to 200 pounds with a four‑wheel cart

Frequently ascend/descend stairs and/or ladders, occasionally carrying materials up to 30 lb

Frequently identify written information on cylinders such as serial numbers, manufacture date, etc.

Frequently operate a computer using a keyboard to input detailed information

Manipulations (seizing, holding, grasping or otherwise working with hands) up to 50‑75% of the day

Frequently drive a motorized vehicle or powered industrial truck (e.g. forklift) and maneuver in restrictive spaces

Stooping and kneeling up to 20% of the day

Communicate detailed information to others accurately

Constant work in environments with uncontrolled climate and frequent outdoor weather exposure
