Kid's Castle in Kenosha is looking to hire a full-time floater teacher, to support all age groups, Infants-Prek!
To be
QUALIFIED
for this position, we require a high school diploma OR GED and the ability to pass all background checks. Previous childcare experience and minimum Registry Level 3 strongly preferred.
Required Shift : Monday - Friday, Full-time, 9am‑6pm
Compensation : $15-16/hr, based on education and experience.

Main Job Responsibilities
Assist the lead teacher with all aspects of the classroom in a manner consistent with the philosophy and goals of the center.
Implement activities that encourage each child’s growth in the areas of emotion, social, cognitive, creative, and physical development.
Take direction, accept constructive criticism and feedback, and make improvements and changes as necessary for the betterment of the quality of the program.
Create and maintain an environment that is clean and safe for all children.
Establish a professional level of rapport with each family to provide quality care for the children.
Physical ability to work around small children including sitting, standing, walking, running, and climbing stairs.
Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs. and fulfill all physical requirements of the role.
