About the role:

The Hospice Community Liaison will engage with physicians, hospitals, and community partners to advance the delivery of hospice care, build relationships, and promote the organization’s services.

Essential job functions & responsibilities

Establish and maintain positive working relationships with current and potential referral and payer sources.

Build and monitor community, customer, payer, and patient perceptions of the organization.

Assist in strategic planning to identify opportunities for additional or improved services to address customer needs.

Maintain comprehensive working knowledge of marketing and Suncrest Hospice markets.

Have extensive experience in healthcare sales, especially home care and/or hospice.

Market aggressively while maintaining positive industry relationships.

Demonstrate good communication, negotiation, and public relations skills.

Work independently.

Build and maintain relationships with referral sources.

Must be willing to drive with reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and auto insurance.

Qualifications

Unique creativity and self‑starter mindset in a healthcare marketing environment.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Experience in healthcare sales (home care/hospice).

Ability to work with interdisciplinary hospice teams.
