Join our team as a Housekeeping Supervisor. As the behind‑the‑scenes hero, you’ll lead a hardworking team, keep daily operations running smoothly, and step in when the Housekeeping Manager is away. From fresh linens to flawless rooms, you set the standard for cleanliness and inspire your team to do the same.
Pay Range Base pay range:
$22.00/hr - $22.00/hr . Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience. Talk with your recruiter for details.
Responsibilities
Oversee daily housekeeping operations with precision—inspections, reports, and productivity checks.
Lead and inspire Room Attendants and House Attendants with clear communication, hands‑on training, and a positive vibe that keeps the team motivated.
Handle lost‑and‑found items, maintain key control, and manage access to sensitive areas like master keys, storage rooms, and secure files, prioritizing safety.
Set the bar high for sanitation and cleanliness across all facilities and equipment, ensuring all rooms look fresh and meet expectations.
Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent; college coursework in a related field is a plus.
2‑3 years of experience in a hotel or related field is required.
Previous supervisory experience preferred.
