Responsibilities
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals
Provide professional, upbeat consultations to customers
Educate customers on the Golden Rules of Tanning and company policies
Ensure compliance with all company and legal requirements
Maintain a clean and organized salon
Handle cash, open/close the business, and complete daily administrative paperwork and goal tracking
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
At least 18 years of age
Ability to stand, bend, and walk for long periods (up to 7+ hours per day)
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds without assistance
Reliable transportation and flexible availability, including nights and weekends
Compensation: $10–$15+ per hour (base pay + up to 12% commission).
