Overview
Little Flower Catholic School in Great Mills, Maryland is hiring a Classroom Aide for the 2‑year‑old class. This full‑time role (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 6:30 am–5:30 pm) reports to the Principal and offers $15.00 per hour plus excellent benefits. Responsibilities
Support Catholic beliefs, traditions and practices; lead and encourage prayer in the classroom. Assist in planning and delivering instruction that aligns with Archdiocese standards; prepare lesson plans and teaching aids. Grade, record and assess student work; administer assessments and make‑up work. Maintain a positive learning environment, enforce classroom procedures, and set high expectations for achievement. Communicate regularly with the classroom teacher; produce weekly reports for small‑group instruction. Perform non‑instructional duties such as carpool, recess, lunch, substitution, sponsor clubs and attend after‑hour events. Qualifications
High School diploma/GED and at least 2 years of experience. Knowledge of child development and supervision. Benefits
