Location:
Columbus, OH
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, start time 6:30 AM
Role:
Installer – Assist in safe and effective installations following company SOPs and PPE protocol while providing customers with a 5‑star experience.
Key Role Accountabilities
Arrive at the warehouse by 6:30 AM to load materials and trucks.
Travel to the customer’s home, greet them, and establish rapport.
Demolish existing bath/shower and install new tub or pan, wall surround, and update plumbing if needed.
Clean up thoroughly, showing care for the customer’s home.
Collect paperwork and payment, then return to the warehouse.
Minimum Requirements
Experience in carpentry, remodeling, plumbing, construction – or a hunger to learn.
Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Valid smartphone or smart device to log into company systems using two‑factor authentication.
