Role: Assists in the creation, planning and implementation of the Connections program - the daily activities for our residents. You will ensure the maximum levels of resident leisure contentment, as well as physical, mental, and psychological well‑being.

Responsibilities

Entering resident information in multiple systems

Attending care plan meetings with families and residents

Collecting resident profiles

Assist in the planning, development, organization, implementation, and evaluation of the Connections activity program for the community

Requirements

High School Diploma; a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Therapeutic Recreation, Psychology, Gerontology, or other related field (Preferred)

Previous Experience in Healthcare or Service‑Related Setting (Preferred)

Must be at least 21 years old with a valid state driver’s license (Required)

Knowledge of the physiology and psychology of the older adult

Certification in CPR and First Aid
