Position Summary:
The Service Quality Coach is responsible for conducting on-site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with pest control protocols, safety standards, and regulatory requirements. This role plays a critical part in maintaining service quality, identifying areas for improvement, and supporting technician training and development. This position will work closely with Branch Management and the VP of Operations for their respective region.
Key Responsibilities
Field Inspections : Conduct routine and random inspections of pest control service sites to assess technician performance, treatment effectiveness, and adherence to company standards. Conduct routine and random inspections of branch locations to assess proper safety measures, overall building condition, storage practices, and inventory control measures.
Compliance Auditing : Verify compliance with local, state, and federal regulations regarding pesticide usage, pesticide storage, safety procedures, and documentation practices.
Reporting & Documentation : Prepare detailed audit reports highlighting findings, corrective actions, and recommendations for operational improvements.
Training & Support : Provide feedback and coaching to management and field technicians based on audit results. Assist in developing training materials and conducting refresher sessions during branch meetings. Work with Director of Technical Services to report trends observed throughout various branches and areas of biggest risk. Assist in initiatives to reduce those risks.
Client Interaction : Engage with clients during audits to gather feedback, address concerns, and reinforce service quality commitments.
Qualifications & Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in pest control or field auditing
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
Excellent communication and report writing abilities.
Proficiency in mobile auditing tools like JotForm and Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to travel 3+ weeks per month
