Job Responsibilities
Works closely with each Reynolds Lake Oconee department to maintain a high level of service.
Greets and welcomes guests of the Ritz-Carlton
Provides all pertinent information to assist guests with reservations for Golf, RKOG, Sporting Grounds
Arranges necessary transportation for guests
Regular communication with Golf Shops, Sporting Grounds and RKOG
Works together with the Ritz-Carlton staff to provide the best possible experience for each guest
Requests approval to fulfill any special requests for guests
Communicates with each outlet as it relates to same day reservation requests
Maintains updated information on amenity closings due to maintenance, weather, course closings, outings & scheduled tournaments
Arranges for delivery of hotel guests golf bags or any necessary tools for their Reynolds experience
Safety Responsibilities & Requirements
Actively upholds safety rules/guidelines in accordance with RLO, OSHA, EPA, DNR, & other State/Federal laws.
Takes personal responsibility for safety every day.
Qualifications / Requirements / Experience / Education
Strong knowledge of high touch customer service, interpersonal skills
2 years office-related & customer service experience.
Deep knowledge and understanding of Reynolds and familiarity with the amenities to which they will be responsible for selling.
Knowledge of the hospitality industry is preferred.
Must be well organized, detail-oriented, and ability to multitask between several software applications simultaneously.
Must possess a pleasant speaking voice and skills of diplomacy & tact while dealing with guests.
Ability to handle multipleguest while maintaining a calm demeanor.
Job requires the ability to work weekends & holidays. Flexible scheduling is mandatory due to 365 days of operation.
