Housekeeping Staff – Greenbriar (Maintenance)

Responsibilities As Housekeeping Staff at Greenbriar Community Care Center, you will:
Dust walls, handrails, ceiling fans, baseboards, furniture, and blinds.
Vacuum, spot‑clean, and shampoo carpets and furniture as needed.
Sweep and mop floors.
Clean and sanitize bathrooms, ensuring that paper goods and soap dispensers are stocked adequately.
Check for and remove marks from walls.
Empty trash cans in resident apartments, suites, and common areas.
Follow proper cleaning and infection control policies and procedures.
Document provision of services in accordance with Company policy.
Report hazards, violations, or sanitation issues to the Director of Maintenance and Housekeeping.
Collaborate with peers and other team members to ensure the safety and satisfaction of all residents.
Qualifications We expect you to maintain a professional demeanor and appearance at all times, particularly when interacting with residents and their families. Communication skills are essential; you should be able to communicate with residents, family members, and guests in a respectful, diplomatic manner. Collaboration with associates in other departments is required to ensure that resident needs are being met appropriately.
