The Greenskeeper is an entry level position responsible for assisting with the daily maintenance and presentation of the golf course. This role focuses on hands on turf care, landscape maintenance, and general grounds work under the direction of the Golf Course Superintendent and Assistant Superintendents.**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**

• Mow greens, tees, fairways, and rough using walking and riding equipment

• Perform trimming, edging, raking bunkers, and debris removal

• Assist with cup changing, course setup, and tournament preparation

• Help with irrigation tasks including hand watering, moving sprinklers, and basic repairs

• Apply fertilizers, sand, seed, and other materials as directed

• Maintain cart paths, landscaping, and common areas

• Operate small equipment such as blowers, trimmers, and utility vehicles safely

• Follow all safety procedures and equipment operation guidelines

• Maintain a clean and organized work environment

• Assist with special projects and repairs as assigned**Qualifications**

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

• Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays

• Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions

• Ability to perform physical labor including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods

• Strong work ethic, reliability, and positive attitude

• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team

• Prior golf course or landscape experience is helpful but not required**Benefits**
