to support working families and elementary‑aged kids during out‑of‑school time on school grounds. As an Assistant Teacher, you will partner with administrators to bring our programs into their districts, and work with students to inspire higher aspirations.

Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, state licensing authorities, community contacts and corporate partners.
Required Skills and Experience
Outstanding customer service skills, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multitask and handle multiple situations effectively.
Meet state specific qualifications for the role or willingness to obtain them.
CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain them.
Physically able to lift a minimum of 40 pounds, work indoors or outdoors and assume postures for low levels of contact with children.
Read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and their parents.
