Role Description This is a full‑time, on‑site Delivery Driver role based in Baton Rouge, LA. The Delivery Driver will be responsible for transporting mattresses and box springs to various clients, ensuring timely and safe deliveries while providing exceptional customer service. Additional responsibilities include loading and unloading products, operating delivery vehicles, and maintaining compliance with all safety and transportation regulations. Drivers may also assist with setup or installations, as required, and represent the brand positively during customer interactions.
Qualifications
Strong customer service skills, including professionalism and the ability to effectively interact with clients
Experience or certification in forklift operation is preferred
Sales and product knowledge experience is an asset
Willingness to receive on‑the‑job training as needed
Ability to handle physical tasks such as lifting, carrying, and moving mattresses and related products
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Experience in logistics, delivery, or a related field is a plus
