We serve fleet management and leasing, vehicle fabrication and upfitting, component manufacturing and productivity solutions, powertrain distribution and logistics services, commercial and personal insurance and risk management, and retail automotive sales as one of the largest privately owned dealership groups in the United States. Audi Raleigh currently has outstanding opportunities for a Service Porter to join our family.

Primary Responsibilities

Meet and greet clients in the service drive.

Tag incoming vehicles for proper tracking throughout the day.

Park vehicles after advisor check‑in, pull vehicles down after vehicle completion when client arrives.

Keep the service drive neat and clean and traffic moving efficiently.

Get vehicles to/from wash as needed.

Track completed waiting vehicles from wash to be pulled down in a timely manner.

Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with inquiries, directing them to appropriate personnel, and ensuring their satisfaction.

Ensure the safety and security of vehicles, equipment, and premises, reporting any issues or concerns to management immediately.

Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent.

Current valid driver’s license.

Clean driving record.

Compensation $15/hr
