Position Summary The Production Grader/Mar positions are vital roles in the company, responsible for grading and inspecting food products to ensure quality and consistency. These positions play a critical role in maintaining high standards of product quality and adhering to food safety regulations. The Production Grader/Mar also assists in packaging and labeling products for shipment.

What you’ll do

Grade and inspect food products according to established quality standards, including appearance, texture, color, and size.

Remove any damaged or substandard products from the production line and report them to supervisors.

Follow food safety and sanitation procedures to maintain a clean and hygienic work environment.

Assist in packaging and labeling food products, ensuring accurate weights, quantities, and labeling information.

Operate and maintain grading and sorting equipment, performing regular maintenance and cleaning as required.

Collaborate with other team members and supervisors to ensure smooth workflow and meet production targets.

Adhere to company policies and procedures, including safety guidelines and quality control measures.

About you

High school diploma or equivalent.

Attention to detail and ability to spot product defects or abnormalities.

Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.

Physical stamina and ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.

Strong work ethic and ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment.

Basic math skills to accurately measure and calculate product quantities.

Willingness to follow instructions and work according to established processes.

Good communication skills to report any issues or concerns to supervisors.

Previous experience in a food production or grading role is a plus.

Ability to lift and carry heavy objects as needed.
