About The Role The Four Seasons Resort Scottsdale is searching for a talented Concierge (Part Time) to join our team. Concierge agents respond to a wide variety of guest requests by accurately assessing the guest needs and requests and then adding personal recommendations and touches to achieve maximum guest satisfaction.
What You Will Do
Accommodate guest requests, process packages, faxes, messages, emails and mail.
Assist in other Guest Service areas, including the Front Desk and front drive to ensure proper handling of luggage.
Plan and organize guest itineraries during their stay, all while providing exceptional above‑and‑beyond service.
What You Bring
Previous concierge experience and great knowledge of the surrounding areas and local attractions.
Excellent English communication skills and ability to multitask.
Language skills are a plus and a flexible schedule.
Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and ability to learn proprietary applications at work.
Must be able to stand or walk up to 8 hours per shift.

Shift times: 7 am – 3:30 pm / 12 pm – 8:30 pm
Must have Friday / Saturday / Sunday availability.
Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
Candidates must have valid work authorization for the U.S.
